Client arrested and charged with Felony Possession of Methamphet-amine and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after police conducted a search of the car that he was driving pursuant to a traffic stop. Attorney Daniel Kann was hired. Case went to trial. Witnesses called to testify that other people beside client had recently driven the vehicle.
